Delivery As part of the nation’s largest office products distribution network, we utilize more than 41 full-stocking warehouses nationwide. We offer next-day delivery virtually anywhere in the continental United States. With distribution centers nationwide, we guarantee fast delivery.

Free freight on orders shipped within the continental U.S. on orders of $50 or more, unless oversized or if item exceeds 70 lbs. All orders under $50 are subject to a $5.00 shipping charge. Outside the continental U.S., applicable freight charges will be added to your invoice.
  Guarantee and Returns We offer a cooperative problem-free return policy. Please call 847/998-8877 for a return authorization number prior to returning merchandise.  
 We will replace defective or damaged merchandise that is returned to us in original packaging within ten days. Merchandise ordered in error may be returned providing all original packaging is included and item is in sellable condition. Customer is responsible for applicable freight charges if item is being returned due to customer error. As our customer, we will support and assist you with any manufacturer warranty claims. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
